Take home an American flag that has been hoisted up the Showboat’s main mast during the Friends of the Battleship North Carolina’s “Raise the Flag” event. For $45 + tax, you can purchase a new flag and be there as it is flown over Battleship North Carolina. It will then be properly folded and presented to you with a certificate of authenticity. Proceeds from “Raise the Flag” benefit the Friends’ ongoing effort to Preserve the Legacy. No tickets required.
