Queen Azalea Coronation (An Azalea Festival Event)

The Queen’s Coronation is the first event that kicks off the start of Festival week. There will be local entertainment, introduction of the Queen’s Court and Cadets, Invited Guests, and Queen Azalea. The Queen will officially be crowned, and a meet and greet will be held following the ceremony. There is no cost to attend the coronation. Please note that event attendance does not include admission to the Battleship; if you would also like to tour the ship, admission may be purchased separately in the Visitor Center.
